Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the Mindi World: Global Card Game mobile application (the “Service”), operated by KRYN Gaming (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is provided as a free-to-play card game for personal, non-commercial use only. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on a supported mobile device.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service unless expressly permitted by law.

2. Accounts and Authentication

The Service may allow you to sign in using third-party authentication methods such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or Guest Login (via Firebase Authentication).

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

The Service may include virtual currency, points, or in-game items (“Virtual Items”) that can be earned or used within the game.

• No Real-World Value: Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money, goods, or services.
• License Only: Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own Virtual Items.
• No Transfers: Virtual Items may not be transferred, traded, sold, or exchanged outside the Service.
• Modification or Removal: We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove Virtual Items at any time without liability.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software, bots, mods, hacks, or scripts
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Upload or share content that is offensive, unlawful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, servers, or systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or prohibited purpose

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

5. Ads, Analytics, and Future Monetization

The Service may display advertisements and use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Firebase) to improve performance and user experience.

We may introduce advertisements, subscriptions, or optional in-app purchases in future updates. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KRYN Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, virtual items, profits, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorised access to your account
• Bugs, crashes, or service interruptions
• Conduct of other users or third parties

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
