Kryn Studios (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built Mindi World: Online Card Game (the “Service”) as a free-to-play trick-taking card game of skill. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
• Device & Guest Identifiers: To support Guest Login and to identify your device, we collect or generate device identifiers (such as the Android ID or an app-generated unique ID) and an authentication identifier from Firebase Authentication (including for anonymous/guest sessions).
• Gameplay Data: Game progress, statistics, virtual currency balances, and in-game activity.
• Purchase Data: If you make an in-app purchase, we receive a purchase, order, or transaction identifier from the app store to deliver and verify your purchase. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Diagnostics & Analytics: Crash reports, performance data, and usage analytics, as described in “Log Data” and “Analytics” below.

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your in-game account (including guest accounts)
• Save game progress and synchronise it across devices where supported
• Deliver, verify, and support in-app purchases
• Operate online multiplayer and matchmaking features
• Diagnose crashes, improve performance, and analyse usage
• Prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse, and enforce our Terms

Device Identifiers and Guest Accounts

Guest Login lets you play without creating a full account. To do this, we associate your progress with a device or guest identifier rather than a personal account.

Because a guest account is tied to your device, guest data — including progress and virtual currency — may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear app data, sign out, or change devices. To help keep your progress and any purchases recoverable, sign in with Google or Apple.

In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store (such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Payment is handled entirely by the store under its own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your full payment details. We receive a purchase, order, or transaction identifier, which we use to deliver, verify, restore, and support your purchase. For more on purchases and refunds, see our Terms of Service.

Third-Party Service Providers

Mindi World relies on the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (account and guest sign-in)
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (authentication)
• Firebase (Cloud Firestore and related services for game data such as daily quests)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting and app stability)
• Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)
• Google Play Services
• Google Play Store and Apple App Store (in-app purchase processing)

When you sign in using Google or Apple, the app may access basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture URL, used to create and manage your account and to maintain game progress across devices. This data is not sold, and is shared only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Log Data

Whenever you use our Service, and especially in the event of an app error, we collect log data through third-party tools. This log data may include:

• Device IP address
• Device model and name
• Operating system version
• App configuration
• Date and time of usage
• Crash diagnostics

This data is used solely to improve app performance and stability.

Analytics

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how players use the Service and to improve it. These tools may collect information such as device and usage data and identifiers associated with your device or app instance.
